This information was found in the 84 Barnstable Road street file along with a letter of explanation from Tom Perry. This proposal included 84 +92 Barnstable Road. (Please see attached) 92+84 Barnstable Road +79 Center Street historically have been used and permitted together. Please see the attached site plan review staff report and SPR approval letter from Nauset Marine back in 2005. A favorable zoning determination was made by the Building Commissioner to allow Nauset to replace the previous tenant, Cape Water Sports because it was the exact same use even though the new HVB zoning excluded this use. In 2014, A new tenant, Gracie Fitness,was approved via Business Certificate (attached)to use 92 +84 Barnstable Road together for martial arts use. 92 Barnstable Rd. has very little parking, so 84 Barnstable Road presently is supposed to be used as customer parking for the 92 Barnstable Road tenant. The Assessor's use code for this property currently is 3300 which is automotive sales and service. There is not an Assessor's boat sales and service code so this is probably closest. However, when printing sign permits etc,the system 2 n`i J defaults to "automotive sales and service" which ends up being printed on its face. Powersports is using the three green dumpsters. Yings Restaurant is using the blue dumpster. Ralph Jones believes that the brown dumpster is used by DQE Electric Company. I refer you to SPR 002-98. There are no marked parking spaces on the pavement in the center area and south side of the property on Barnstable Road. This area has several boats of various sizes stored in it. There is one properly marked handicapped parking space on the right side of the store entrance and seven marked parking spaces left of the store entrance to Barnstable Road, but there are boats and ATVs taking up three parking spaces (note picture). There is one curb cut on Barnstable Road being used. The other curb cut has been fenced in only. The curb cut in the road is still there (note picture). There is no green strip on Barnstable Road. There are two ATVs parked outside the fenced area between sidewalk and fence. On the rear side of the building (Willow Avenue) there is no enclosed dumpster, no interior fence with sliding gate as shown on the plan. This rear lot has several small boats and pallets on a trailer stored in it. There were two small boats against the fence on Willow Avenue. I noted four large dumpsters on the east side of Willow Avenue. There are USA Waste of Mass. and one BFI. I notified the Engineering Dept. to determine if these dumpsters are on town property and instructed the Board of Health to investigate..
