Operator was advised in 2016 that retail sales of auto not allowed in the HVB. Reported to site nOth CA Gallant on 1112117 at approx. 1:30 PM. Sunny, mild/dry. Spoke to Pierre Kairouz. Found 2 vehicles for sale. Pierre says one is his friend's (from a station in Falmouth. —because the friend is too busy to do it himself)so it was sent over to Pierre in Hyannis for repairs. Pierre claims the other vehicle is his personal vehicle. Ultimately, the display vehicle (from his Falmouth friend) will be gone within 48 hrs. Pierre insisted that the remaining one is his personal vehicle and he uses it for transportation. I reminded him that it should not be there overnight. Pierre backtracked and said he owns 2 personal vehicles. I reminded him you can't drive 2 at the same time.
