For example, the two subject signs as displayed in the photograph qualifies for more than one offense under Chapter 240 Section 61 of the Zoning Code. That provision identifies prohibited signs including banners & movement and portable signs. For example,the two subject signs as displayed in the photograph qualifies for more than one offense under Chapter 240 Section 61 of the Zoning Code. That provision identifies prohibited signs including banners & movement and portable signs. You may also be cited for failure to obtain a sign permit and display of signage exceeding the proper allotment.
