Anderson RE: Complaint LOCUS: 127 Bristol Ave, Hyannis r'137 Bristol Ave,Hyannis M.�'.rw.`n.r®++.,.�.b....+r..i.e.o±r.-"7-•i2Te.APfSJnH...�y� I received a complaint on this date from Jack Best of Mary Alice Road concerning the excessive number of vehicles and overcrowding again at 127 Bristol Ave and also at 137 Bristol Ave. Both properties are parking in the rear of the property making it difficult to get an exact number and figure how many people reside at each address. I advised Mr. Best that while we are unable to address the number of vehicles, we do recognize the number of vehicles on site usually corresponds to the number of resident occupants and as such is indicative of overcrowding. 127 BRISTOL As a result of this complaint I called the property owner, Josue Souza(508-737-5149) of #127 and left a message for him to call me. As I am aware that he also owns and operates Joshua Painting, I emailed him at the company website and advised him to contact me ASAP in order to discuss his property and avoid citations. Joshuapainting5212@msn.com 137BRISTOL The complaint concerning 137 is without history as the former owner of this property; Vincent Proccaccini sold the property in 2009. Mr. Proccaccini called often to complaint about 127 Bristol and always declared that he unable to sell earlier due to the conditions next door. Today, Mr. Best indicted that there are multiple vehicles parked at this site in the front and rear. RENTAL REGISTRSTION 127 Bristol—was last duly registered in 2010. He is not in good standing and has not paid his registration fee or been inspected for two years. Health will send him a written compliance order. 137 Bristol—it is unclear if this property is a rental property or not but with the accusation of overcrowding it is not unreasonable to conclude that at least one unrelated party may be renting a room.
