Four spaces along the northerly aisle have not been established to maintain access around an existing utility pole guy wire. We believe the parking layout is generally in substantial compliance with the approved plans,as shown on the attached as-built. Lot lighting is provided from fixtures attached to utility pole 234-3 along the road. Security cameras were installed on utility pole 3A located by the entrance I trust this meets your present needs.
