This parcel of land is shown on the Town of Barnstable
Assessors record as Lot #1591 Map 328. This parcel has the distinction
of splitting two zones.; Business and Professional Residential. The
Business Zone is 200' from Iyanough Road which, as plotted, shows that

better than 50% of the parcel is located in the Business Zone.
In this case the Business use is less restrictive than the
Professional District and may be extended 30' into the more restrict-
ive district.
From my analysis of the facts -as shown, I conclude that
this parcel would be classified as Business Zone.
