Dear Sir:
At your request an inspection was made at 76 Captain Cook's
Lane, relative to fire damage.
In the opinion of this inspector, the removal and
replacement of four (4) floor joists above the fire origin
is necessary. Regarding the roof truss, as this is an
engineered component, it would require an engineer's
evaluation regarding repair or removal and replacement.
