Dear Attorney Revere: At the formal site plan review meeting held September 6, 2018,the Site Plan Review Committee found the above-referenced application to be approvable subject to the following: • Approval is based upon, for purposes of obtaining zoning relief, site plan entitled"l38 & 140 Cedar Street, 121 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, MA", 2 Sheets, Scale 1" =20', dated July 16, 2018, prepared by Baxter Nye Engineering & Surveying, Hyannis MA for We're Here Realty Trust". • Zoning relief will be required for motor vehicle related uses in the GM zoning district. Consultation with the Building Commissioner and Director of Planning and Development is required to discuss forms of zoning relief and the need for a Regulatory Agreement.
