As far as the DIP review, I have the following comments: 1) the project is all set with respect to stormwater drainage (no raingarden required).. 2) the project is all set with respect to hazardous materials as currently proposed (as approved by the Board of Health, the site has adequate containment for outdoor storage and the proposed indoor storage was approved.) In the event Nauset Marine applies to service boats/etc. on-site, a Hazardous Materials and Waste Plan will have to be filed at that time. i I understand from Roy that a new site plan showing all three portions of the lot will be,provided by Monday. As far as the DIP review, I have the following comments: 1) the project is all set with respect to stormwater drainage (no raingarden required). 2) the project is all set with respect to hazardous materials as currently proposed (as approved by the Board of Health, the site has adequate containment for outdoor storage and the proposed indoor storage was approved.) In the event Nauset Marine applies to service boats/etc. on-site, a Hazardous Materials and Waste Plan will have to be filed at that time. I understand from Roy that a new site plan showing all three portions of the lot will be provided by Monday.
