I spoke to a man who identified himself as Michael. I told him I wanted to see the apartments he had for rent. He had me come to a Main Street Restaurant in Hyannis called Schooners. I followed him to the property at 60 Crocker Drive in Hyannisport. There I was shown 2 apartments that were for rent. One was in the basement area of what he called his house and the other was an upper unit at the other end of the main house. Both of the apartments had 2 bedrooms, a living area and a full kitchen. I told him I would get back to him. I looked up the property and found it to be a single family house. No apartments were permitted.
