Proposal: Install in-ground pool for hotel use
Dear Mr. Bornstein:
Please be advised that the Building Commissioner approved the aforementioned proposal
administratively on May 18, 2004.
❖ All construction shall be in compliance with the approved site plan as prepared for
Aaron Brent Bornstein Trust, 48 Engine House, Hyannis 02601 by Down Cape
Engineering, Inc., stamped by Arne H. Ojala, revision dated April 26, 2004 and
entitled Site Plan of Existing conditions and Proposed Pool.
❖ Upon completion of all work, a registered engineer or land surveyor shall submit a
letter of certification, made upon knowledge and belief in accordance with
professional standards that all work has been done in substantial compliance with the
approved site plan (ZO Section 4-7.8 [7]). This document shall be submitted prior to
the issuance of the final certificate of occupancy.

Please be advised that the aforementioned proposal was approved at the site plan review meeting
on May 15, 2003 and was referred to the Board of Appeals. It was determined that this project
