Good afternoon Brian,

To reiterate our phone conversation yesterday. Across from the Doubletree Hotel, there's a vacant gas
station. Everything has been removed, except a large aluminum canopy(almost as old as me). When the wind blows, it
shakes and bends to where I think it's a real safety concern. It no longer serves any purpose. I'm sure it's rusty and
worn, and should be taken down before anyone gets hurt.
Also, between WB Mason and the former Marvin Windows building located at 73 Falmouth Rd.,there's a car
dealership. Three times they have destroyed my fence, which I'm rebuilding again. They continue to park their cars to
where they're almost sitting on the pavement on the road, and protruding at least 10-12' more than they should. A
safety hazard at best. I tell them and ten minutes later they're back out there again. I couldn't get away with this. If
you would, please look into these matters. I'd greatly appreciate it!
