Appeal No. 1986-99 Page .........._ _...._. of On DecemberW 4, _ 19 __86 _, The Board of Appeals found Mr. Lorang presented his petition for a special permit for the property located at 91 Falmouth Rd. ,/Route 28, Hyannis in a Highway Business zoning district for a parcel consisting of 49,700 square feet and six buildings. The petitioner proposes to construct a 24' x 50' second story addition to provide storage for vacumn cleaner accessories for the current tenant known as Electrolux Corporation. The proposed addition will' not increase the current staff of three employees, nor will it increase office space or traffic to the site. In a letter dated December 4, 1986, the Department of Public Works voted to recommend a finding that the proposed second story addition will not have an adverse effect on the criteria reviewed. 5 Dexter Bliss made a finding that the second floor addition be for storage only, to be granted per the Plan submitted. Ron Jansson made the following findings: that the proposed second story addition would not be substantially more detrimental than what exists at this location, and as a result made a motion that the special permit be granted with the following conditions: . That the addition be built per the Plan that is to be provided by the petitioner within the next two weeks; That the additional facility being constructed is to be used only to provide for additional storage incidental to the use of the existing building. The motion was seconded by Dexter Bliss. The Board voted unanimously to grant the special permit subject to receipt of the Plan containing parking and recommendation of the DPW.
