Joan was born on 2/23/31, and on June 1, 2011 she signed a statement,which I notarized and have attached to this letter, attesting that her parents did own the property in 1953/1954 and that she further attests that the"apartment"with its foundation was in place in 1953/1954. This statement from Joan Birch along with the other documentation I have provided will hopefully enable you to decide that the subject property 50 First Ave., West Hyannisport, MA is a legal two family dwelling.
