Please be advised that the dwelling located at 75 Greenwood Avenue,
Hyannis is in a Residence B zoning district. Prior to February, 1985
the lot size requirement was 10,000 square feet with a setback require-
ment of 20 feet and a side and rear line requirement of 10 feet. In
February, 1985 the Town of Barnstable adopted one acre zoning.

who bought- the referenced property on 'November 151 1985 . It
is my understanding that the property is located in a resi-
dential zone, in a flood .plane zone C.
Please provide me the relevant zoning requirements
pertaining to this property as follows:

The buyers purchased the property in a .cash sale and
did . not obtain a Mortgage Inspection Plan. Although, there
does not appear to be any problem, they .wish to satisfy

standards"and thus need this information.
