They need power to this house so I went ahead and permitted it as it is noted in parcel lookup which says it is 37. The electrician was given Frank's phone number to pass onto the homeowner to square this away. Their mailing appears to be 43. The electrician believes 43 is what is posted on the house. Sounds like the homeowners need to be informed what their address is. Thanks, Sally Shea Principal Division Asst. Town of Barnstable Building Division - I 6/17/2013 Anderson, Robin From: O'Connell, Timothy Sent: Wednesday, August 17, 2011 3:03 PM To: Smith, Tracey; Geiler, Tom; McKean, Thomas Cc: Anderson, Robin Subject: RE:AYH I went to 43 Hampshire Ave today at 1:30pm and knocked on door but did not receive an answer. I was accompanied by Robin Anderson from building due to the fact they may be running business from property. While at said property I did observe a large amount debris: such as; masonry supplies, building materials, yard equipment, lawn mower's, pressure washers and other miscellaneous items. Although, along with these items, I did observe some enforceable rubbish/garbage items. I did try to reach owner via phone call but again did not get an answer. I will send owner a letter to remove enforceable items. I also left a business card for owner to call me and I took many pictures. This is how I plan to proceed unless there is a different avenue you would like me to take.
