Hi Robert, I am writing about my neighbor, D. Battista at 285 Hinckley Road in Hyannis, Ma. who has been a continual problem for both myself and my neighbors. The smoke from his firepit is entering my home and`I have asthma. I have already addressed the noise issue with the police and my local councilwoman. I am wondering whether he is allowed to have all of these items and many more abutting my property. If you could keep my name in confidence as I am afraid of retaliation from him. Thank you. Every Weds and Sunday nights.around 7/8 PM-1 AM they are outside partying with loud music. The PD arrives. They turn down the music until after the departure of the cruiser and then they wait awhile. Later, they are reported to turn the volume up loud again for a few seconds and then back down. They slowly turn the volume up until the party ends. The noise emanates from music, an outdoor TV and the crowd gathered on site.
