Last year I had called to ask if the Pump Toppers (pricing on the fuel dispensers) could be LED—you said yes. Now Cumberland Farms is undergoing the addition of a Smart Pay program, which will allow members to get their gasoline at a lower rate than a non-member. Cumberland Farms wishes to install LED Pump toppers over the dispensers with an "alternator" placard which will allow the prices on the pump topper to alternate between the smart pay member price and the non-member price. In order to perform my responsibilities in a professional manner I will need a minimum of 48 hours to inspect the progress of work (noted below) before construction may proceed to the next portion of the project: Concrete Footings-After the footings are formed and reinforcing steel is placed. Concrete Foundation.Walls-After the walls are formed and reinforcing steel is placed. Structural Steel-When steel is erected and connections are complete. Wood Framing-When framing is complete and plywooded. This office will not be responsible for delays in construction due to the failure to provide adequate notice of inspection. In addition, should the contractor decide to continue work without the previous work being inspected, this office will be unable to certify that the previous work was done in conformance with the design drawings.
