Dear Ms. Mulholland:
You are hereby being notified that you are in violation of Barnstable zoning section 3-3.6,
3-5.2, 4-2.4, and 4-7. Your unauthorized use of your rear lot by another business for
commercial parking is the issue. You must immediately cease and desist the use of this
rear lot(Map 293 Parcel 15) for any use other than what was originally permitted,which
was as accessory parking for your primary use off Route 132 just to the front(school and
office).
You have the right to appeal this decision; if you so choose, we will be more than happy
to help you. If you would like to try to get proper approvals for the use as you are now
using the lot, you must contact Anna Brigham at 790-6227 to begin the process. The
final part of that process requires approval of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
