I will not be responding to this as there's no question or request being made, just an opinion being offered. I will update her as stated in my earlier email and then close out this matter on PD side. Therese Sent from my iPhone Begin forwarded message: From: mia walsh <miarwalsh@gmail.com<mailto:miarwalsh@gmail.com>> Date:June 19, 2019 at 11:32:37 AM EDT To: "Gallant,Therese" <gallantt@barnstablepolice.com<mailto:gallantt@barnstablepolice.com>> Subject: Re: 63 LaFrance Ave Hyannis Ms. Phillips doesn't have a clue about her tenants as long as they pay her. For your information the house has been quiet since the raid. I see the one woman come and go occasionally. It was the men that were arrested that were the cause Of most of the trouble. There have been no background checks on any of these tenants. I can't imagine where she finds them. These problems are not new. This has been going on since I bought my house in 1994. There have been noise problems, trash, overcrowding, horns honking after midnight, fights, as well as me being threatened by her tenant while I was standing on a ladder painting my house. This is intolerable. She should Not be permitted to rent rooms at this house that she doesn't live at. On Wed,Jun 19, 2019, 10:13 AM Gallant,Therese <gallantt@barnstablepolice.com<mailto:gallantt barnstablepolice.com>>wrote: Ms. Walsh I spoke with Ms. Phillips and learned that the two tenants who appear to have been cause for your concern will remain there until the eviction process has been completed. There is a due process that is mandated by the court in order to facilitate a proper eviction and she has a court date next week to appear before a judge on this matter. I have a copy of the court paper work and will keep you apprised of her progress and of the court's decision.
