Hi Mary-Ann,
Thank you for forwarding the proposed graphics for the Bradford's Hardware site. From what I see there is no
text included, no display of product or logos included and therefore the panels would not constitute signage.I
would consider this to be decorative piece instead.
It is my understanding that you have already secured the approval of Historic so there would be no need to meet
unless I am incorrect about the actual proposal. If so,please advise me accordingly. Otherwise,you may
proceed with the installation of based on its designation as decorative panels.

Hi Robin,
As was just described to you via phone, I have attached an image of the project that we have just
had approved by Historic.-It will be MDO painted panels mounted on the side of Bradford's
Hardware, with vinyl sign graphics on the glass and existing fascia. We are painting the panels
off site and in tend to install them the first week of June.
Just checking to see if we need to register this art installation with the building department. It is a
privately funded project that I have initiated, with all materials donated by local businesses
Shepley, Bradford;s Home Depot, Cape Air, Hyannis Marina). Trying to keep it simple to keep
