Proposal: Applicant seeks to establish a new hot dog restaurant.
Dear Mr. Anderson,
The above referenced proposal was reviewed at the Site Plan Review Meeting of January 28, 1999
and approved under Section 4-7.4 (2) of the Barnstable Zoning Ordinance with the following
conditions:
• The Applicant must apply for a sign permit.
• The Applicant must apply for any exterior changes and a sign with the
Hyannis Main St./Waterfront Historic District.
This site is located within the B Business District and therefore a permitted use. There is adequate
parking for the uses on site although most the customers will be walk-by traffic.
Please note a Building Permit is necessary prior to any construction. Upon completion of all
work, a letter of certification is required by Section 4-7.8 (7) of the Town of Barnstable Zoning
Ordinance must be submitted. Also, all signage must be discussed with Gloria Urenas of this
Division.
