In response to another complaint, a site visit was made to the above referenced
property on July 07, 2015. At that time it was noticed that the building is vacant, in
disrepair and currently not secure. .
This property is in violation of The Massachusetts State Building Code 780 CMR
116 Unsafe Structures and Equipment and the Massachusetts General Laws.
Chapter 143 sections 6 thru 12.
YOU ARE HEREBY ORDERED TO SECURE
THIS PROPERTY AND MAKE IT SAFE.
If you fail to act on°this order within seven (7) days of receipt of this letter The
Town of Barnstable may secure the property at your expense and a lean may be
placed on this property.
