As of this date the following work has been completed or is currently in progress: 1. Interior, demolitioi ofthe4obby-area to be renovated 2. Rough-framing;:plumbing'arid electrical work at the lobby 3. Excavation and foundation work for the new entry tower 4 'cGerieral�site,excavation, installation of drainage piping and importing of fill material for the proposed masonry terraces Due to high ground water encountered at the bottom of the tower footing elevations, we had our geotechnical engineer on site during the preparation of the sub-base and compaction of stone material necessary for the placement of the footings.
