Reference is made to the Mid-Cape Chiropractic Project at 40_Parkway PI. and revisons
to the plan thereto.
The site was inspected and.due to grade.deficiencies in the plan,it was determined that
catch basin coverage was not being utilized as designed. In lieu of,and in the spirit of
ground water protection goals,mates were constructed on the property to contain water
run-off to the left and right rear corners of the property to recharge the aquifer.

Re: 50 Parkway Place, Hyannis
Dear Dr. McAuliffe:
It has recently come to my attention that the property located at 50 Parkway Place has
been altered to accommodate employee parking for the Heart Center. Pictures on file
show that all landscaping has been eliminated in order to create this additional parking
including the front yard directly facing the dwelling.
Please be aware that accessory parking for commercial uses cannot be created without
municipal review for compatibility with zoning. Certain standards must be preserved or
met including landscape screening, setbacks and parking provisions. The parking layout
cannot be configured in a manner that would require vehicles to back out onto the street.
At this time, you should prepare to file a plan seeking approval for the accessory parking
or immediately restore the property to its former residential use and appearance. Please
inform me of your intentions at your earliest convenience.

Currently , I am completing an addition to the offices of Hyannis
Heart Associates , on Yellow Brick Road .
Recently the group purchased the property at 50 Parkway Place which
has been a residential rental property . This property borders theirs
on the right rear , for 61 feet .
An old derelict garage was located in that corner of the property ,
close to the property lines . The existing tenants moved out last
week . A pile of their cast-offs and those of previous tenants were
piled in and around the garage .
Windows were broken . The sky was visible from inside . Signs of
animal use were visible . One dead tree leaned dangerously against
a damaged corner of the roof .
On Friday the Medical Director asked if we could clean up the mess
and get rid of the garage . My excavator was returning on Saturday
to remove some extra fill from the Yellow Brick Road job .-,- He said
he could do it then , and gave me a price . I subsequently received
a go-ahead in the early evening from Dr . McAuliffe .
On Saturday , the garage and its contents were loaded in a roll-off
and removed . The trees were removed and the ground graded .
In an effort to expedite this request and remove this hazardous
situation , I proceeded without a permit . I understand that , had
I received an earlier OK to proceed , and gone to the Building Dept . ,
on Friday PM, I would have most likely received a permit , then .
I understand the error of my action , and would never repeat it . I
am requesting a permit for this work , at this time .
The medical group understands that no further activity on this
property will be allowed without Site Plan Review .
