The Board of Appeals found James Bowes presented his petition for a variance from rear yard setback requirements at Lot 6A, Peacock Drive, formerly BZuejgy Drive, W. Hyannisport in an RB zoning district. The foundation is existing - the lot is steep and sZo2 � and is located next to the Hyannia West Elementary School. The lot was staked%- crt.Zdren playing in the schooZyard evidently wandered over and removed three of the existing four . stakes. The foundation man squared off from .the one remaining stake - inadvertently placed the foundation within the setback area of ten feet. There is an easement on the lot in case .they want to do something extra - put on by the petitioner's engineer, as a precaution. Luke Lally made a motion that the Board grant the petitioner the relief sought,-.seconded by Elizabeth Horton, The Board unanimously voted to grant the variance for Lot 6A, Peacock Drive, West Hyannisport - to be per the Plan submitted with the filing. � v / _........
