The lot was staked%- crt.Zdren playing in the schooZyard evidently wandered over and removed three of the existing four . stakes. The foundation man squared off from .the one remaining stake - inadvertently placed the foundation within the setback area of ten feet. There is an easement on the lot in case .they want to do something extra - put on by the petitioner's engineer, as a precaution.
