McEvoy 56 Pleasant Street Hyannis,MA 02601 Re: Parking Lot(Map 327) Dear Mr. McEvoy: On May 12, 1994 you entered into an agreement for judgment with the Town in which you agreed not to park any cars or use any signs on Lots 122, 133, 134, 135, 137, 142, and 268. This agreement resulted in your being allowed to use Lot 121 only, which is the lot your shed is on. Recently we sent you a letter about this;however, your use of these lots continues. Additionally, your use of the lot behind the hardware store and the use of Lot 137 as an entry point for all your lots has added to the confusion. If you do not stop all commercial parking activities with the exception of Lot 121, we will be forced to refer your case back to our Legal Department.
