The hearing was opened on May 24, 2017, at which time the Board found to grant the Conditional Use Special Permit subject to conditions. Board members deciding on this application were Alex M. Rodolakis, Matt Levesque,-Herbert Bodensiek, David Hirsch, and Robin Young. The hearing was opened on May 24, 2017 with Attorney Mark Boudreau representing the applicant. [3] No cooking facilities including-but not limited to stoves, microwave ovens,toaster ovens and hot plates shall be available to guests,and no meals except bmakfastshall be served to guests.
