The parties agree as follows: PREMISES. Landlord, in consideration of the lease payment's provided in this Lease, leases to Tenant two bedroom with one and a half baths(the "Premises")located at 24 Redwood Ln Ext, Hyannis, Ma 02601. ' PARKING. Tenant shall be entitled to use one parking space(s)for the parking of the Tenant's customers'/guests' motor vehicle(s). FURNISHINGS. The lease of the Premises includes the furnishings,listed on the attached exhibit. Tenant shallseturn all such items,at the:enda of the ease term in a condition as good as the condition at the beginning of the lease term, except for such deterioration that might result from normal use of the furnishings. OCCUPANTS. The Premises may not be occupied by more than 2 person(s) consisting of 2 adult(s) and 0 child(ren)under-the age of 0 years,unless_the prior written consent of the Landlord is obtained. TERM. The lease term will begin on September 15,2009 and will terminate on September 15, 2010. HOLDOVER. If Tenant maintains possession of the Premises for any period after the termination of this Lease ("Holdover Period"),- Tenant shall pay.to Landlord a lease payment for the Holdover Period based on the terms of the following.Lease Payments'paragraph.
