Please find the attached diagram showing the approximate location of
i the proposed equipment trailer for the Airport Motors groundwater
remediation system. The trailer is 8 feet wide by 12 feet long, and
i shall be approximately 8 feet tall. It will be towed to the site where it
{ will be block-mounted to prevent theft. The cost of the trailer,
i equipment, delivery, and set-up totals $38,000. Please also find the
i' attached air sparging;soil vapor extraction schematib diagram. This
diagram identifies the various equipment items the trailer will house
and outlines the general remediation process.

Wants a permit to install an 8'x 12'trailer for several years at 62 Rosary Lane (map/parcel 345/030)for purpose
of groundwater remediation. Trailer will house equipment only-an air blower, activated carbon vessels, and air
purifying equipment. Equipment will be attached to two wells in the immediate area. No foundation is.proposed.
What do we need,,,from these people??? Is site plan review required? Do we issue a permit? Which forms do

.. The following is an estimate for your new building to be built
on the Cape.
SPECIFICATIONS : The building is to be thirty (30) feet by forty.
(40) feet .
FOOTINGS : Spread footing ten (10) inches by twenty-four
(24) inches by one hundred and forty (140) feet.
WALLS UP TO GRADE: Twelve (12) inches by three (3) -feet by
one hundred and forty (140) feet .
CONCRETE: For footings and walls up to grade to be 2500 lb
test in strength.
BUILDING: Thirty (30) feet by for (40) feet by twelve (12)
feet by ten (10) inches.
CONCRETE: For. above grade walls is to be 3000 lb test in
strength.
STEEL: Number five (#5) re-rod over all doors and windows .
Number four (#4) re-rod placed twelve (12) inches .
on center horizontally and two (2) feet on center
vertically.
BUC R5 : Door and window bucks to be placed according to
plan. Girt boxes to be placed according to plan.
MATERIAL: All material-concrete , steel , bucks,and girt boxes
to be furnished by contractor. Also the placing
of concrete and the tying of steel . .
PRICE: As detailed above---V04164.50.
(Forty-one hundred and sixty-four dollars and fifty
cents) .
