WASIERSKI AND DARDIA AND LIEUT.HUBLER WITH CAR 805.
UPON ARRIVAL MET OFFICER GREENWOOD AND FOUND THAT THE CUSTOMERS USING THE RESTROOMS AT AIRPORT
MOTORS OIL CAAANGE GARAGE WERE COMPLAINING OF GAS FUMES-OFFICER GREENWOOD HAD DONE SOME
INVESTAGATION AND FOUND THAT ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE AIRPORT MOTORS$OIL CHANGE GARAGE THERE WAS UNIT
#23 WHICH THE SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYS SNOW CONSTRUCTIOIN COMPANY,AND YOU CAN SMELL GASOLINE.ATTEMPS
HADBEEN MADE TO CONTACT THE OPERATOR OF SNOW CONSTRUCTION AND THERE WERE NO RESULTS,
DO TO THE HAZARD THAT EXISTED WE FORCED AND OPENED THE DOOR TO UNIT23 USING THE RABIT TOOL OFF ENGINE

WHEN ENTRANCE WAS MADE TO THE BUILDING UNIT WE FOUND A CHEVY PICK UP TRUCK UNREGISTERED LEAKING
GASOLINE,THERE WAS A PAN UNDERNEATH CATCHING THE GAS.WE REMOVED THE TRUCK FROM THE BUILDING AND
PLACED THE PAN BACK UNDERNEATH THE TRUCK WE ALSO FOUND IN.THE SAME BUILDING UNIT ANOTHER VECHICLE
UNREGISTERED A CHEVY SS VIN#136370A135636,ALSO LEAKING GASOLINE,WE REMOVED THAT CAR FROM THE
BUILDING AND PLACED A PAN UNDER THE GAS TANK.
A JOHN HANDEL OF 803 MAIN ST.HYANNIS UNIT ARRIVED ON LOCATION AND IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS THE AGENT FOR
THE MORTGAGOR THE COMPLEX APPARENTLY IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING AUCTIONED.HE IS THE CONTACT PERSON
FOR THE COMPLEX FOR NOW.
WHILE WE WERE STILL ON LOCATION THE OCCUPANT OF UNIT 23 JOHN LOPES OF 8 HOMEPORT DRIVE HYANNIS ARRIVED
ON LOCATION AND WE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HIM AND TOLD HIM THE VEHICLES IN QUESTION COULD NOT BE PUT
BACK INSIDE AND THAT HE MUST TAKE ACTION TO STOP THE GAS TANK LEAKS ASAP.
WE ALSO RAN THE PPV OFF ENGINE 826 FOR APPDX, 15 MINUTES AND CLEARED THE FUMES FROM THE BUILDING AND
ALSO THE ODOR INSIDE AIRPORT MOTORS OIL CHANGE GARAGE HAD CLEARED OFF.
WE TURNED THE BUILDING UNIT BACK TO JOHN LOPES,THE OWNER OF SNOW CONSTRUCTION,AND SHOWED HIM THE
SLIGHT DAMAGE TO THE DOOR JAM THAT WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED.
AT THIS TIME WE CLEARED THIS CALL AND WENT OVER TO UNITS 13&14 SAME STREET ADDR ESS FOR ANOTHER
SEPERATE REPORT OF A STRONG SMELL OF GASOILINE.
LIEUT.HUBLER CAR 605 AND 828 CLEARED UNIT 23 AT 1245 HRS.
