The Map & Parcel numbers range from R345-033-OOA—R345-033-OOX. Some documents refer to the units by number(Unit 1-24). The street file is incomplete; some units had no information on record at all. It appears that this project predates the implementation of the water overlay district which occurred around 1987. The subject property is located in a B-zone and automotive repair and like uses would have been allowed as a matter of right at the time of construction. The following units have a documented history on file reflecting a change of the now non- conforming automotive repair use to a compliant use under the Ground Water Protection District: Unit A 2000 Repair—vehicle storage only &wholesale sales of auto limited to 5 vehicles.
