Automotive Repairs and all other businesses that have located in this GP District after the effective date of this Bylaw. Also, may. I suggest that the Town set up an inspectional procedure in order to enforce this Regulation. There have been other illegal businesses in Town who have located or relocated into buildings within groundwater protection districts after the effective dates of .the Zoning Bylaw that do not meet these regulations.
