Every permit allocated to the applicant by the Planning Board shall be included as part of the yearly building permit allocations under Section 4.9 (5)(a)-(b). There shall be no extension of a Building Permit granted under aphasing plan and any unused and/or expired permits shall be credited back as part of the adjustments under Section 4.9 (5) (d) for the next calendar year.
