Both 100 and 39 show a one car garage on the approved plan, but neither has an as built submitted yet. Proposed site plans are exactly that-- proposed. The proposed site plan for all three lots shows a one car garage, but once again, 110 had no plan for a garage and no indication on the as built that a garage foundation was poured and therefore was not permitted until you submitted a new application. On the other sites, only a one car garage has been permitted. If a two car garage is intended on one or both sites, a permit compliant with the 8th Edition will be needed. Lot 24 was noted in 2007 as a two car garage. I am not sure what the application said but it seems that there were a few homes that when we were getting in a bulk of ten applications may have not shown the two car in the application. I also found one for Lot 25, house # 110, the one we are working on and the site plan showed in 2007 a two car garage. I think it simply was not put into the file which could have or should have been updated at that point. So, not sure how we would proceed with Lot 24. Also, in the pdf file is a third site plan for Lot 11, the other foundation in the ground. That one was submitted as a one car. About a year after the house and garage foundation went in we extended the garage width by eight (8') feet. It will have one door. Perhaps an oversized one car?
