Since the proposed shed will be located between three (3) and five (5) of the property lines, then the walls up to the roof plates bordering those property lines will be finished with 5/8 inch fire rated drywall. These requirements although not stipulated in writing within the Town of Hyannis' building code were outlined to the occupants of 109 Schooner Lane by a building inspectors who was present during a due diligence meeting with the occupants at the building department on October 24, 2011. Do we need to qualify the size or can we do a 12 x 16 under the same area or is that qualification limited to anything over 120 s.f.
