Since you own the single family home directly abutting this property,I suggest that you consider a merger and elimination of the intermediate lot line,a new plan showing that,and a new deed to support it. This would result in one lot with a house and two accessory structures on it, something that is perfectly allowable under zoning I will be sending the building permit application back to Peacock&Crosby while this is pending.
