A sewer main, and stubs for each property, has been installed, by the developer, along
Settlers Lane in Hyannis. The sewer has been inspected, tested and accepted by the
Town of Barnstable, Department of Public Works.
All properties along Settlers Lane have municipal sewer available and should be
instructed to tie-in to the sewer as part of any permitting process handled,by your
department. At this time, none of the properties have been developed.

There will be no less than a ten(10') foot buffer zone around the perimeter of the
proposed development site. This zone should provide that there will be no cutting

department. At this time, none of the properties have been developed.
