You informed me the plans were approved and in line with regulations. We specifically discussed a 15 foot set back from all property lines for the building of structures, including decks. You referred me to the Conservation`Commission with regard to distance _ from the marsh. I attach a recent plot plan for my adjacent property at 582 Seventh Avenue. Per my calculations, structures (a deck) are being currently built within the 15 foot set back. Such a message was left with your office on December 8 with a request for what to do now. Three other messages went unanswered. I now officially request as the zoning enforcement officer you take appropriate action. It is my understanding under the Provisions of General Laws Chapter 40A Section 7 you have 14 days to notify me of actions taken. Your cooperation is appreciated.
