The finished building was inspected to determine compliance with the design plans and the building code. The only outstanding item remaining to be addressed is the replacement of the wood stair treads on the egress stairway with open grate metal treads. The owner has the treads on order and expects them to be in within the next week and have them installed within two weeks. Based on our inspection and review of documentation,the building has been constructed in substantial compliance with the building plans and the Mass Building Code.
