odors,electrical disturbance,heat,glare,hunudity'or other objectionable effects.
• There is no storage or use of toxic or hazardous materials,or flammable or explosive materials,in excess of

• Any need for parking generated by such use shall be met on the same lot containing the Customary Home
Occupation,and not within the required front yard: .
There is no exterior storage or display of materials or equipment.
• There are no commercial vehicles.related to the Customary Home Occupation,'other:than one van or one
pick-up truck not to exceed one ton capacity,and one..trailer not to exceed 20 feet in length and not to
exceed 4 tires,parked on the same lot containing the.Customary Home Occupation.
• No sign shall be displayed indicating the Customary Home Occupation
• If the Customary Home Occupation is listed or advertised as a business,the street address shall not be
included.
• No person shall be employed in die Customary Home Occupation who is not a permazient resident of the
dwelling unit

Tenant called - No heat and other violations.There has been no heat for a week.
Tenant/ Landlord arguing. Landlord had come into office moments earlier saying Court gave
him permission to go in to building(because "tenants aren't there". However, tenants are
there and would like heat fixed.

The above entry is not correct. The occupant do not have hot water. Hot water Pipe was
observed to be cut within basement. Also observed other violations. I will prepare order letter
asap.

1-11-13 hot water has been fixed. Owner and tenants in court on many issues. Will continue to
monitor. Owner feels debris in basement are violation. Although much of the clutter are clothes,
furniture, ect. Not enforceable. No garbage observed within home. Garbage on deck was removed
on as of 1-14-13

HYANNIS-A two-month.investigation by Barnstable narcotics detectives resulted in the arrest of a Hyannis couple
Wednesday.According to a Barnstable police release,detectives were granted a warrant to search the home of 24-

year-old Justin Saunders and 3o-year-old Carrie Turner-at 12 Spring Street in Hyannis. The warrant was based
on evidence that the both heroin and cocaine were being sold out of the home.
At 3:30 p.m.on Wednesday,officers entered the residence while both Saunders and Turner were home.Saunders
reportedly bolted for a back room,but was quickly apprehended by police. Turner was apprehended without
incident,police said. q
During a search of the home,police confiscated two small bags of heroin,,suboxone,distribution packaging materials
and$730 in cash.
Both,according to police,are well knownao authorities--Saunders for a lengthy record and Turner fora similar raid
of her Spring Street home in April 2012. Turner is already expected in court in December to answer to crack cocaine ;
distribution charges resulting from the earlier raid,police said.
The couple was transported.to the Barnstable Police Station where both were booked and charged with possession of
a Class A substance(heroin).with intent to distribute,possession of a Class B substance(suboxone)and conspiracy to
violate Controlled Substance Laws. The two were held at the station until their.Thursday arraignment in Barnstable
District Court.
