Based on the results of that investigation, the Barnstable Health Department finds that the dwelling is unfit for human habitation. Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 127B and. 105 CMR 410.831 (D) the Health Department further finds that the conditions within the dwelling are such that the danger to the life or health of the occupants of the subject dwelling is so immediate that no delay may be permitted in making this finding.. HYANNIS Over,the last month,the Barnstable Police Department Narcotics Unit has received neighborhood complaints about possible drug trafficking at two Hyannis residences: 615 Pitchers Way and 28��p Detectives Tom Chevalier and Colin Kelley began investigating the complaints and quickly determined the complaints to be accurate. During the subsequent-investigation,detectives made undercover purchases of cocaine from both houses. Search warrants were ultimately issued for both residences. At approximately io p.m.,Tuesday night,November 9,2oio Barnstable detectives served ' the search warrant at 615 Pitchers Way. Ramon.Figueroa,34,of Hyannis was arrested for Trafficking Cocaine after detectives seized approximately 30 grams of cocaine and x $700 inside the residence. The street value.of the cocaine is roughly$g000. Figueroa is currently on Superior Court probation from a past cocaine trafficking charge.
