All work authorized by this permit shall conform to the approved application and the approved construction documents for which this permit has been granted. Rough Gas:
All construction,alterations and changes of use of any building and structures,shall be in compliance with the local zoning by-laws'and codes.

This property was constructed as a single family, 1 bath , 6 room dwelling. Assessing has picked up_
three bedrooms. There are no permits on file other than the original building per A note indicates that
two bedrooms were reported to be in the basement but as no permits were obtained for the construction
of these rooms, we do not know if proper egress is provided.
The septic capacity is limited to three bedrooms. This property is not a registered rental.
