Hi Mr. Guzik,
I have reviewed your email request for a home occupation and a business certificate and find that it can be approved with
-the following restrictions: - -
No retail or wholesale sales from the subject dwelling
No employees, customers, clients, vendors or signs on site
No advertising of the residential address.
Transactions are limited to the on-line, drop-ship method you indicated in your email.
Currently, our software system is down but I will have Sally issue the necessary paperwork and process your payment on

FYI, patrol has been out to this house on three occasions. There is one registered motor vehicle and one vehicle covered
by a tarp. No other vehicles have been observed there to substantiate the complaint.

and work truck. Reporting party stated occupants block his right of way. Also added that occupant is
digging up right of way but did not identify a possible reason.
Action:
Inspectors to assess the vehicle situation. Digging is likely a civil matter unless associated with work
necessitating a permit.
