This.property is a condo unit located in Hyannis.It appears that our file only contains old foreclosure registration forms and updates;the most recent being dated.Sept. 2017. There is no correspondence from the responsible party identified in that letter as being Champion Mortgage just a letter from Wells Fargo reporting the change. In review of the file,I see no documentation of complaints or hazards. I must add that this does not mean there_are no violations.
