Also a porch, deck and apt or apts in basement, all without permits. One shed may be on wetlands. This guy has a history of doing what he wants, when he wants at all costs and he doesn't care. Also supposedly he did a septic repair without permit. Also illegal apartment in basement (maybe 2 apts.). This is not the first time we have had complaints.
