Pesce Engineering&Associates,Inc.. 451 Raymond Road Plymouth,MA 02360 r RE: Site Plan Review#08.1-18 Hyannis Country Garden 380 W Main Street, Hyannis Map 269, Parcel 052 Proposal: Reconstruction of the main entrance and parking area for the Country Garden retail area. This includes the reconfiguration of the retail parking area(including adding new spaces), widening of the entrance & exit and new drainage structures, new parking area lighting, removal of the fencing at the south lot line; expanding planting bed at. south lot line, and installing new fencing at the retail building(east&west sides). The above proposal was reviewed by the Site Plan Review Committee at the informal site plan review meeting held December 11, 2019 and revised plans were subsequently administratively approved subject to the following: • Approval is based upon and must be substantially constructed in accordance with plan entitled: "Proposed Parking Lot Configuration for.Hyannis Country Garden" 4 Sheets, including drainage,photometric &lighting plan, FD ladder truck radius and,proposed landscape areas,plan dated July 3, 2018 with final revisions March 29, 2019 per site plan review comments,prepared by Pesce Engineering&Associates, Inc. Plymouth, MA. • The west and center gates will need to be unlocked when the store is open, or anyone is present on the site to provide an emergency exit per Hyannis FD. • Consultation with Deputy Chief Dean Melanson is required regarding the provision of FD access when the gate is locked. Contact: 508-775-1300. • HP signage must be in compliance with AAB regulations and Town of Barnstable ordinance and will be confirmed at the inspection stage. �a e Catch basins will need to be inspected and maintained. e Applicant must obtain all other applicable permits, licenses and approvals required. Upon completion of all work, a registered engineer or land surveyor shall submit a certified"as built" site plan and a letter of certification, made upon knowledge and belief in accordance with professional standards that all work has been done in substantial compliance with the approved site plan (Zoning Section 240-105 (G).
