The renovation at our 860 West Main Street,location is nearing completion. The
project is very exciting to all o us at Hyannis Honda. Upon completion, we will be in a
position to grow with the community in coming years as well as offer a number of new
amenities and services...,
The project has been a great learning experience for me. With only three weeks
to go before the completion deadline, the amount of work yet to be finished is staggering.
I'm working hard to track what will and will not be ready in time for our opening in July.
What is clear tome is that our signs will not arrive in time.
I would like to post Banners in place of two signs temporarily. They will direct
customers from the old location,to the new facility.and be removed when the permitted
signage is installed. The first Banner will be no larger than 3'x 6'and it will say"Service
and Parts Have Moved Next Door"This will be placed on the existing sign that says
Honda Parts and Service. The second sign will.be-no larger than 2'6"x 22'. It will say
"Service Center" and be hung on the front of the.new'facility as close to the permitted
location as possible.
My dealings with you and your office have been a pleasure through the project. I
have great respect for the responsibilities of your position and would not ask for an
exception to the Zoning if I did not feel that the proposed temporary signage is very
valuable to me in directing'my customers to the new location.
