PETITIONER' S MOTION TO WAIVE GUARDIAN AD LITEM
Now comes the petitioner, Luther B. Perkins , and moves that
this Court waive the need for a Guardian Ad Litem.
In support of his motion, the petitioner states that a
license was granted on July 2, 1987 . The petitioner intended and
intends in good faith to proceed with the purchase of that
property at the price previously agreed upon by the guardian ad
litem. As the result of title problems discovered in the chain
of title of the real estate, the bank' s attorney, Charles
McLaughlin of Hyannis, was unable to complete the transaction
within the period of the year. The petitioner has agreed to
accept the title as is. Your petitioner has expended personal
monies for the benefit of the estate of the guardian in
anticipation of the purchase and sale of the real estate at the
price previously determined by Bruce Gilmore, the Guardian Ad
Litem.
