Any conflicts or discrepancies between depicted design and these specifications shall be reported to the owner or architect for resolution prior to the installation of work that can be changed without additional cost to owner. All assemblies and components for the project shown in the working drawings or specified to be installed complete according to normal practice and made good. All schedules shall be compared with all plans and elevations, and any discrepancies or conflicts shall be referred to the Owner or Architect prior to procurement. - All work is to be guaranteed by the contractor for one year after the final payment by the owner, or upon the date of receiving an occupancy permit. - The contractor shall take all precautions to prevent damage to existing conditions of building's exterior hardscape, plantings, interior furnishings, and finishes outside work area, during construction. - All work shall be completed in compliance with local and state plumbing, electrical, and safety codes. - All required permits are to be secured and paid for by the general contractor on a timely basis. All certificates of inspection, approvals, warranties, installation instructions and operating literature shall be turned over to the owner before final acceptance of the work. - Completion of the project shall find the premises broom clean and free of any debris. - At the job site, the permit shall be prominently displayed and Building plans shall be available at all reasonable times. Include 3 1/2" mineral wool fire block insulation. - All closets shall have finishes equal to the rooms they serve. - Carpet by others. - Contractor shall consult owner in order to provide blocking for bathroom accessories during framing.
